City to seek $300,000 grant to build stormwater pond at Pennoyer Beach

City of Kenosha, Wis., officials plan to take the next step in seeking a $300,000 grant to help improve Lake Michigan water quality. The money would pay for building a pond at Pennoyer Beach to allow pollutants from storm water to settle out rather than enter the lake.
